A. ARNOLD WORLD CLASS RELOCATION HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

ABOUT THE DEAL:

A. Arnold World Class Relocation (“A. Arnold” or the “Company”) has been acquired by the Management Team (“Buyers”) of the Company.

Established in 1905 and headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, A. Arnold is one of the largest, independent moving companies in the country; transporting families and entire corporations around the world. Through the A. Arnold Group, a family of relocation-related companies, A. Arnold has grown into a highly respected, worldwide leader in transportation and moving services. A. Arnold’s World Class Relocation division specializes in full-service domestic relocation services, both for individual households and multinational corporations. Sterling International, Inc., another division of the Company, works with individual households and commercial businesses to provide them with five-star international relocation services all over the world. Lastly, A. Arnold’s Commercial Services division provides full-service business solutions, including logistics and supply chain management, for corporations of every size and model.

Allston Advisory Group advised both parties on the sale of the Company. After establishing a mutually-agreed upon valuation assessment of the Company, Allston helped the Buyers obtain financing for the transaction with modest collateral available through an SBA Guaranteed Loan.
