ABOUT THE TRANSACTION:

Inland Pools & Construction (also referred to as the “Company”) has been recapitalized by a Private Investor.

For more than 25 years, Inland Pools has provided swimming pool construction and renovation services throughout Louisville, Lexington, and Southern Indiana. The Company combines thoughtful design, quality materials, and dependable equipment to create pools that meet each client’s needs, preferences, and budget. Inland Pools specializes in new gunite and vinyl liner pool construction, working closely with clients from initial design through completion. The Company uses products from established brands, including Pentair, Jandy, and Hayward, to deliver lasting value without compromising quality.

Renovation services include gunite pool plaster repair and resurfacing, retiling, and vinyl liner repair and replacement. To complete the surrounding outdoor space, Inland Pools also provides excavation, sidewalks, stone patios, decks, and garden structures, along with general contracting services for swimming pool projects.
